September Championship – Become the Best Player of ChessFriends.com

Monthly championship have been a popular tradition of our site. Players are always keen on trying their best to become the top player of the respective months. In September, you are welcome to take a chance to prevail.

The championship will be held between the 12th and 17th of September. It is a two-stage tournament, first three stages are dedicated for qualification, while the fourth stage is the final.15 best players from any qualification are invited to play in the finals. In total, 45 yualified players are expected to attend the finals, along with unlimited number of Premium and Exclusive members.

Concerning the time control, in qualification phase, players will have multiple choices, ranging from 3 to 10 minutes with no additions. The finals will be played in 5+0 format.

The winner could be considered the best player of the month at our site and also gets a trophy. The trophy is visible to every visitor of his profile, as a proof of awesomness. :)
