Understand The Position 34: “Quick as a Snake Poison.”

Do you know how the king cobra is called in Thailand? “A single step snake.” If somebody gets bitten by this snake, he has just one step left until the end of his life. The king cobra poison is just so quick.

The king cobra of the chessboard is queen. This piece is so fast that you don’t even notice and you stand face to face with a chess death – checkmate. When you are careless and let it bite, you will remain with only a few moves before the end of the game. The young American champion Ray Robson has found out the same during the traditionally strongest open tournament in Russia – Aeroflot Open. One would expect that American will be very careful and cautious in Moscow, but Ray had overestimated his chances for a while and had to regret soon.

I like and show everyone who’s who? part most!It obviously meant don’t you really want to wipe those poor girls of the board at least once in your life?!! :)Its interesting that on Kosteniuk’s website this question if different..
