Kasparov Defeated All Fourteen Opponents (game + photographs)

On Friday, 14th October 2011, Bratislava’s Crowne Plaza hotel witnessed an extraordinary chess holiday. Six-time World Champion, the bearer of the highest FIDE rating ever, grandmaster Garry Kasparov played  simultaneous exhibition on 14 chessboards.

In friendly atmosphere, Garry’s rivals were hardly any difficulty for the famed chess grandmaster. After less than two hours, Kasparov’s white pieces crushed the opposition with a convincing score of 14:0.

ok, so here is the official games transcript…

as i posted in the section with video of the simul, in the game against Roman Cerulik, on move 29, Kasparov should have played 29.Rxf8# but he played something strange with his bishop and so on…

ah, its good news. even geniuses get so obsessed with their own plans in the game, that they don’t notice a mate-in-one. :)
