Once a chess fan mentioned his detective abilities to a friend. He proclaimed that from a look of a
player’s face, he can tell the result of the game. The friend didn’t believe that, so they went to local
tournament to try it out. As they waited outside the playing hall in the evening, a player went by them
with a sad look on his face.
“He lost the game for sure”, the amateur detective declared.
“Well, that one was easy”, protested the friend. “Let’s go and ask him about the result, then.”
“Excuse me, sir. Can I ask how did you play today?”
“Oh, what about that”, replied the player, “The game I won, but my coat was stolen!”
